Information about ongoing scholarships and grants provided by SVEF partners
WELLS FARGO CHANGE THE FUTURE GRANT
As part of our shared commitment to improving education in Silicon Valley, SVEF and Wells Fargo have partnered together to offer the Wells Fargo Change the Future Grant.
To apply, schools were asked to create a plan, align the initiatives of a club or class to their STEM goals, develop recruitment strategies, identify measurable outcomes, and explain how the grant would help make computer science sustainable and viable at their school.
Each of the following schools was awarded $10,000 that could be used to purchase computer equipment and software that helps engage students in computer science as well as fund the professional development of teachers.

WELLS FARGO CHANGE THE FUTURE GRANT
ARTSEDCONNECT GRANT
The ArtsEdConnect program was established in 2013 to award local teachers for supporting and encouraging arts education among their students. Jointly managed by SVCREATES and SVEF, the program has given out over $600,000 in grants to Santa Clara County educators.
In 2019, we are excited to announce that through the generosity of the County of Santa Clara and the Warmenhoven Family Foundation, $150,000 will be awarded to award the advocacy of arts education.
The first round of 2019-2020 school year grants open on September 18, 2019 and close on October 2, 2019.
