D[ai]TA is an AI-powered teaching assistant that serves as an extension of SV[e]F's Elevate [Math] program. Teachers assign a 5-minute quiz through the platform, which instantly analyzes results and groups students together by their shared misconceptions in alignment with California Math Standards. D[ai]TA then generates a ready-to-teach lesson plan with Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles.

D[ai]TA expands teacher capacity by automating instructional planning tasks and enabling them to spend more time working directly with students. By generating lesson plans, creating custom quizzes and answer keys, and automating grouping, D[ai]TA saves teachers at least one hour per lesson cycle.

By using D[ai]TA, teachers are notified of gaps in students' learning within minutes. Teachers can immediately access re-engagement lessons to ensure each student is given timely and accurate support, and their progress is tracked in alignment with grade-level CA Math Standards.

No names, emails, or other personal identifiable information is used within the D[ai]TA model, only anonymized numeric ID's. All traffic is encrypted in transit and at rest, and daily AI safety scans detect and block unsafe content. Additionally, teachers review all AI-generated lessons to avoid overreliance and ensure accuracy of information.

D[ai]TA is compatible with any Chromebook or laptop with modern browsers. The platform includes quick-start videos and in-app tips, and we are working toward providing a Coach Portal to provide additional resources.
