Lisa Andrew has deep experience as both a non-profit and public school leader, including Superintendent of the Hollister School District and Regional Executive Director of Partners in School Innovation. She has held positions in education ranging from teacher to technology coach to college professor to Director in the Educational Services Branch at the Santa Clara County Office of Education. A strong advocate for excellent instruction for all students, Lisa regularly presents on school reform, curriculum and instruction, English language development, and navigating the political waters of education. Lisa grew up and attended schools in East San Jose and graduated from San Jose State University, becoming the first in her family to earn a college degree. Lisa continued her education, obtaining a PhD in Educational Leadership from San Francisco State University. To recharge, Lisa loves traveling with her husband, Eric, entertaining family and friends, and attending Giants baseball games.
