These processes are repeated across every district creating a massive redundancy of efforts, especially as legal regulations are updated, including the recent Assembly Bills 1584, 1442 and SB 1177 in California, and applicable federal regulations (e.g. FERPA, COPPA, CIPA, etc.).

In collaboration with leading districts and stakeholders, SVEF is creating a unified contract to streamline the process, procurement and implementation of safe, secure educational technologies to personalize learning.

Ensure instructional technology is safe, secure and complies with laws;
Ease the administrative burdens, time and costs for districts ensuring the safety and privacy for their students;
Honor and support innovative educators using different technologies with students;
Increase educator confidence, differentiation and adoption of learning technologies; and
